Where we stand today. Four named engineers form the core team. One is full time now; three are committed in writing to join on project award, and the roles below describe what each will own on a live project. We would rather show four people who are exactly what we describe than a longer list that does not survive a phone call.
L. Saravanan
MSc in Engineering Product Design from Coventry University, UK, on a CIPET foundation in plastics mould design. Managing Director of a plastics manufacturing company for seven years, and an R&D design engineer in Saudi Arabia — so he knows moulds from both the drawing board and the shop floor. He executes design work directly, and owns client relationships, project governance and delivery accountability.
K. Senthil Kumar
Over two decades in mould design, including thirteen years in Singapore precision tool rooms serving global FMCG, medical and automotive manufacturers. CIPET Chennai trained, with experience in DFM, mould assembly layout, detail drafting and ISO/TS documented systems. He owns the studio’s technical standard, assigns the design lead on each incoming project, and holds final release authority.
N. Arulmarimuthu
More than twenty-five years in Singapore’s precision tooling industry, designing moulds for high-precision electronics, medical and consumer products — including multi-cavity, hot-runner, unscrewing, two-shot, lens and gear tools. CIPET trained, with Moldflow experience from that work. Now based in India, as Design Lead he owns the engineering decisions on a project — feasibility, parting line, gate and cooling strategy, ejection method — and directs the execution of them.
B. Ganesamoorthy
Two decades across India, Malaysia and Singapore in tooling and mould design — automotive components, connectors, consumer products and precision assemblies. CIPET Chennai trained, working in UG NX daily, with experience spanning electrode design and CAM programming through to senior mould design. He is the execution seat: DFM studies, core and cavity, assembly and detailing, and engineering-change documentation.
These roles sit outside the engineering chain. No finance or administration role holds design, review or release authority — the owner approves, the controller records and reports, and L. Saravanan signs and commits.
S. Vasanthi
Legal owner of Angaal Ventures, the GST-registered entity Praglinea operates under, and an MBA in finance. She holds banking authority as proprietor, keeps custody of the statutory records and registrations, and runs day-to-day administration. Owner approval sits with her, separately from the authority to sign commercial agreements.
K. Saravanan
Eighteen years in accounts and finance, most of it inside organisations handling government and foreign-donor funding at scale — foreign-currency receipts, wire transfers and periodical statements to overseas funders, alongside GST filing across three states, TDS, EPF and payroll. He owns our books, statutory compliance, payroll and management reporting, and the export mechanics that come with invoicing in foreign currency. Statutory audit and certification sit with our external chartered accountant, not with him.

Committed To The Project.
Praglinea is a dedicated engineering unit — no unrelated business runs through it. Each engineer is committed to the client’s project through to delivery, with named responsibility at every stage.
A Defined Chain Of Responsibility.
An enquiry reaches the Design Head, who assigns a Design Lead. The lead owns the engineering decisions and directs a Senior Mould Designer and the designers working with them through core and cavity, assembly and detailing. Every project has a named owner at each level — nothing sits unassigned.
Reviewed By Someone Else.
No design is released on a single pair of eyes. Peer review by a design lead who did not own the project is structural — not a favour asked when there is time. Findings are logged, and release follows review.
Knowledge Shared, System Followed.
As we grow, junior and trainee designers join beneath the seniors — mentored into the same documented standard, and rebuilding a reference project before they release work independently. The method carries the work, so quality does not depend on any one person.
Client First.
We work to the client’s standards, systems and priorities. Where a client standard conflicts with ours, theirs governs — that is written into our own standard, not decided in the moment.
Open and Adaptable.
Where a client runs a PLM system, we adopt their release and approval process rather than impose our own. We work on-site or hybrid as the project and the client’s security requirements demand.
