From validated concept to
manufacturing-ready reality.

We are a precision product engineering company. Injection mold design is the core of what we do — supported by the engineering judgement that decides whether a design is right before it is ever cut.

Capability 01

Injection Mold Design

Precision injection molds designed parametrically, documented in full, and built to be repeatable — the core of our work.

UG NX Core & Cavity Hot Runner Multi-Cavity 2D Drafting GD&T
Problem we solve

A mold that fills, ejects and holds tolerance in production — not one that only looks correct on screen.

How we approach it

Parametric and DFM-first, built to a defined studio standard. Gate, runner, cooling, ejection and shut-off are decided with reasoning recorded — not assumed.

What you receive

Full 3D mold assembly, complete 2D detail and assembly drawings, bill of materials, and applied GD&T. Scope handled: two-plate, three-plate and hot-runner molds; multi-cavity and family tools; unscrewing, stack, two-shot, lens and gear molds.

Capability 02

Product Engineering

Turning a design intent into manufacturable geometry — economically, and for real.

3D Modeling Shapr3D Validation
Problem we solve

A concept that has to become producible geometry — not just a shape that renders well.

How we approach it

We model, validate and prepare the product for production reality, with an engineering reason behind every feature.

What you receive

Production-ready 3D models, validated geometry, and the documented decisions that shaped them.

Capability 03

DFM & Manufacturing Readiness

The review that catches the costly mistakes — before a single line is committed.

DFM Analysis Tolerances Production Review
Problem we solve

Most costly mistakes are decided before the mold is cut — a wrong draft, wall or gate.

How we approach it

Every design is reviewed against production constraints first — draft angles, wall thickness, undercuts, gate location, shrinkage and ejection. Decisions first, drawing second.

What you receive

A DFM report setting out the issues found and the decisions taken — before drawing begins.

What You Receive

Every project leaves with a complete, documented package.

Not a model handed over and left to interpret. A defined set of deliverables, traceable and ready for your review and release process.

Standards & Tolerances

We work to your standard —
not ours imposed on you.

GD&T, ISO fits, shrinkage compensation and shut-off control are applied to your drawing conventions and release requirements. Where a design decision affects fit or function, the tolerance is chosen deliberately and recorded — not left to default. Precision is not a claim we make; it is a discipline we document.

How We Work With Your Process

We adapt to how you work —
not the other way around.

SOP-driven, structured to operate inside your PLM environment and to follow your release and approval gates. A project manager coordinates every job, so your team always knows where a design stands.
