Our founders are CIPET-trained. Because CIPET runs centres in both Chennai and Madurai — both within reach of Trichy — we have a steady source of mould-design diploma and post-diploma graduates, already exposed to CAD and NX. That gives us a direct route to hire designers and take on interns as we grow — each one mentored into our documented standard, not left to their own style.
